Your privacy rights
Access, correct or delete your information
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws can ask what personal information we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Tell us which you need and how to find your records. We may contact you to verify your identity before acting.
What deletion covers. We remove your name, contact details, ZIP code and any free-text notes from our inquiry records and from the copy delivered to a professional, and we add your contact details to our do-not-sell list so a future inquiry is never passed on. We keep the fact that a request was made, the dates, and your consent record, which the law lets us retain. Professionals who already received your information handle it under their own policies.
To stop the sale or sharing of your information without deleting it, use the Do Not Sell or Share form instead. If we decline a request you can appeal by replying to our response. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
